From marbling and texture to flavour and tenderness, every cut brings something different to the BBQ or dinner table. Whether you’re firing up the barbie, using a cast iron pan, or slow roasting for the family, choosing the right cut makes all the difference.
TOP ROW CUTS
Tomahawk Steak
A real showstopper. This bone-in ribeye is famous for its long bone, heavy marbling, and rich juicy flavour. Best cooked over a hot grill or reverse seared for that perfect crust.
Porterhouse Steak
One of the great Aussie favourites. You get tenderloin on one side and striploin on the other, separated by the classic T-shaped bone. Big flavour, great texture, and perfect for the barbie.
Skirt Steak
Thin, rich, and packed with beefy flavour. Loves high heat and quick cooking. Slice it against the grain and it’s unreal in tacos, stir-fries, or steak sandwiches.
SECOND ROW CUTS
Sirloin Steak
