Six Months. One Simple Habit. And My Blood Work Told the Story. ❤️
Low iron and low ferritin can happen at any age — not only as we get older. Young women, women after pregnancy, people with busy lifestyles, or anyone who simply isn’t getting enough iron in their diet can experience it.
That’s why I believe the first step is always to check your blood work and know your numbers.
In my case, after going through surgeries and a period of recovery, I had my blood work done and saw that my iron levels had dropped. I knew I wanted to find a natural way to support my body, and I already knew how nutrient-rich beets are.
So I made a simple decision:
Every morning, before anything else, on an empty stomach — fresh beet juice.
I stayed consistent.
And then I did my blood work again.
The results showed a difference. ❤️
Even my doctor was happy to see the improvement.
For me, this isn’t about a miracle or a quick fix. It’s about consistency, listening to your body, checking your numbers, and fighting for your health at every age.
If you’re wondering whether your iron or ferritin is low, don’t guess — get your blood work checked first.
This is my personal experience and not medical advice.
