Our Story

My journey of becoming a health and nutrition business owner with Epicure began years ago when my 4 children were much much smaller and my then 2 year old began getting very sick. After many years following the conventional medical system and seeming to not see any improvements, I began to explore other options through alternative health modalities and a deeper look into the food we were consuming. This is when I began seeing improvements not only in my children but in my own health and knew that I needed to share our stories of regained health. What it came down to for the most part was our FOOD - What we were choosing to put in our body daily!

One of the events that played a huge role in improving my families quality of life and health was when I was introduced to Epicure. Epicure is a Canadian company with a mission to change lives through healthy eating and living. I just knew I needed to be a part of this mission and partnering with them allows me to offer FREE interactive cooking classes, where people learn how to create nourishing meals that can be ready in under 20 minutes. This flexible business model has allowed me to create a family business that allows me and my husband to be home full time, never missing out life's important events. My passion is to help create this Epic Lifestyle for other extraordinary people throughout Canada and the USA as we have recently expanded our borders!
