Add some delicious to your weekend with these fall-off-the-bone ribs that are bathed in our NEW Apple Butter Grilling Sauce!
Tender & Saucy Baby Back Ribs
• 4 racks pork back ribs
• 1 Tbsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt
• 1 Tbsp. Onion Garlic & Herb Seasoning
• 2 Tbsp. Applewood Chipotle Rub & Seasoning Mix
• 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
• 1 cup Apple Butter Grilling Sauce
Rinse & dry ribs: trim extra bits of fat and tissue. Remove the membrane covering the concave, inner side of each rack. Combine all seasonings and brown sugar. Season each rack liberally with seasoning mixture. Cover and refrigerate for several hours. Prepare the grill for direct cooking over medium heat (350°-450°F). Using eight, 18" x 24" sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil, double wrap each rack in its own packet. Cook ribs on grill over direct medium heat for 1 1/2 hours, with the lid closed, turning occasionally for even cooking, making sure not to pierce the foil. Remove the packets from the grill and let rest for about 10 minutes. Carefully open the foil packets, remove the ribs and return to the grill, bone side down. Grill over direct medium heat, with the lid closed as much as possible, until they are sizzling and lightly charred, 10-12 minutes, turning and basting once or twice with Apple Butter Grilling Sauce.
