Our final weeks are here, so get ready to stock up! 👀

This week's menu (Deliveries on Oct. 30) will be the final chance to order from our regular options. That means it's your final chance to try out our soup, salad, or energy balls. Make sure to check out the menu on Thursday! Order before Monday, Oct 28th.

The final menu (Deliveries on Nov. 6th) will be simple. LASAGNA!! This will be a call to everyone to order LOTS, as you can freeze it and continue to enjoy our plant-based food, even after we are finished! 😉

Enjoy our Vietnamese Noodle Bowl, a lovely selection of fresh vegetables, rice noodles and a classic Vietnamese sauce. 😋

Mushroom soup is always delicious, and ours is made with coconut milk, so it's also dairy free 😊

It’s with a heavy heart that I share Locally Inspired Vegetarian Eats will be closing. This journey has been one of immense learning and growth. The path of entrepreneurship is often unpredictable. While cooking has always been a passion of mine, it is time I shift my professional career.

To our customers and supporters: Thank you. Your belief and trust in me have been the driving force behind every step.

I also want to take this moment to thank every team member and local supplier who has been part of our story. Your support and engagement have meant the world to me.

I am dedicated to ensuring a smooth transition for our customers in the coming weeks. For any inquiries or further discussion, please feel free to contact me directly.
