The winners of the 2017 International Pan-Asian Culinary Invitational Taiwan preliminaries were invited to compete last week at the Toronto TaiwanFest. See them battle against Vancouver Chefs next weekend at the Robson Square Plaza for the title of Best Cut. A must-see for food lovers!

Chef Cheng-Wei Wang wants to redefine Taiwanese Street Food and Chef Ko-Chin Chang is taking his indigenous heritage to challenge people’s perceptions on Asian cuisines. They are two of the chefs who are ready to battle for the “Best Cut” awards in this year’s International Pan-Asian Culinary Invitational.
