Tilly's Galley specialty food mixes are all-natural, dehydrated, easy to prepare, main meal dishes that can be enjoyed vegetarian or can be further enhanced into gourmet meals with the simple addition of a protein source such as fish, seafood, chicken, pork, or beef. Ideal for busy families, professionals on the go, as well as camping or cottage getaways, Tilly’s products are shelf stable, hearty, flavourful, and healthy. All of our products are hand packaged on Vancouver Island, using our own original recipes! Our products are designed to make easy and delicious main meal dishes requiring minimal additions, and preparation time is typically 30 – 40 minutes at most. All recipes calling for milk taste excellent with dairy or non-dairy milk.
