✨ A labour of love for a truly wonderful couple ✨
This elegant four-tier vanilla wedding cake was filled and finished with delicate rose water buttercream, then covered in handmade sugar flowers—each one individually cut, shaped, and carefully attached, complete with pearl centres.
The tier separators were adorned with pearls, and the entire cake was airbrushed with a soft pearl sheen for a beautiful, subtle shimmer. 🤍
It was such a thrill and privilege to create this special cake for such a lovely couple. Seeing the bride’s smile was the most rewarding part of all—it means so much to be trusted with making a couple’s wedding day even more memorable.

What an incredible day hosting my Peach Cake workshop at Konzelmann Estate Winery! Every guest brought such great energy to the class, and it was so rewarding to hear how much fun everyone had, how much they enjoyed the teaching style, and how happy they were with the cakes they created.
The afternoon was made even better with beautiful w**e tasting and a delicious charcuterie board to enjoy along the way. I’m so grateful to have shared this sweet experience with such a lovely group in such a gorgeous setting.
