It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share some devastating news with our community.
Many of you know Amanda, the heart and soul behind this studio, & the woman who co-created this space with her best friend, dreaming up this space so that no mother would ever have to walk through life's hardest moments alone. She helped dream up The Village for all of us.
Today we are heartbroken to share that Amanda has lost her love, Jeff. Her partner, her greatest supporter, and the man who stood beside her so she could bring this dream to life for all of you.
Jeff believed in Amanda before any of this existed. He stepped into the role of primary caregiver for their five boys so she could build something beautiful for this community. And now, unimaginably, Amanda finds herself the one who needs the Village to show up for her.
She is a newly widowed mother of five, including a son with special needs and two little ones under six. The road ahead is enormous, and she should not have to walk it alone.
If this studio has ever meant something to you — if Amanda has ever shown up for you (and I know she has for SO MANY of us)— now is the moment to show up for her.
