This Peruvian chile salt is seriously hot, but it’s not just hot. There’s a ton of flavour in with the heat, and if you want to dilute it a bit, you can always just mix it with some plain salt.

It’s particularly perfect for heating up your popcorn, French fries and scrambled eggs. We know people who take a jar of it to the movie theatre.

Green cardamom is an incredibly versatile spice that enhances both sweet and savoury foods. It’s essential to many curry powders and daals (lentil dishes), as well as Indian rice pudding and chai. It is also used widely in European (especially Scandinavian) baking.

We offer green cardamom in whole pods, as well as whole and ground inner seeds.

Did you know that we grind our ground cardamom in-house so that it’s as fresh and fragrant as possible?
