There’s nothing quite like the taste of something harvested fresh in the morning and delivered the very same day! 💚

But what exactly is edamame?

Edamame are young, green soybeans that are harvested before they fully mature. They’re a delicious, slightly sweet and nutty snack and can be enjoyed steamed, boiled, tossed into salads, added to stir-fries, or simply sprinkled with a little sea salt.

And they’re not just delicious—they’re packed with nutrition! 💪🌱
