After all the planting, watering, watching, waiting… and wondering, “Is this thing ever going to grow?!” 😂🌱

We’re SO excited to say that something has finally matured on our homestead! 🎉

💚 OUR ORGANIC EDAMAME IS READY TO HARVEST! 💚

But… what exactly is edamame? 🤔

Edamame are young, green soybeans harvested while they’re still tender and sweet. 🌱🫛 They’re traditionally enjoyed steamed or boiled right in their pods, then lightly salted. You can also add the beans to salads, stir-fries, rice bowls, soups, and so much more!

And they’re not just delicious — they’re packed with goodness! 💚

We are SO excited to finally share something we've been working on for quite a while!

After lots of experimenting, plenty of trial and error, and yes... a few failed batches along the way 😅, we can proudly say that we've finally perfected our gourmet cheese recipe! 🧀✨

The journey was definitely worth it, and we cannot wait for you to enjoy it from our homestead kitchen to your family's table.
