"Java" is synonymous with "coffee", but have you had the real thing? Coffee from Java? Pallet Coffee Roasters now have this arabica coffee from Frinsa Estate (https://javafrinsaestate.co.id/, https://maps.app.goo.gl/CbSJJwqKkxU9dDRR9) in the Bandung Highland of West Java. It has undergone a natural process with anaerobic lactic fermentation that mimics the digestive system of the civet of kopi luwak notoriety.

A high-quality coffee is always best enjoyed over a stimulating conversation paired with a mouthwatering snack. In this case, it is an almond coffee biscotti made with this Frinsa Estate arabica, both brewed and ground.

With a little forethought and care, you can turn your coffee from a daily caffeine ritual into adventures in your cup. Follow us and join the journey.
