Made a pit stop in Penticton today and I had to visit my friends over at located next to brewing company.

I decided to try the special pie - the ‘Nduja (N-doo-yah). This pizza did not disappoint with its savoury, sweet and spicy flavours mixing beautifully together. I highly recommend you visit this pizza truck if you are in the area - hurry up though, there’s only 17 days left before they close for the season.

This is our second submission to and by far the most flavourful pizza we have ever created in our Roccbox 🔥

Introducing the tantalizing Paneer Fusion Pizza, where the vibrant flavors of India meet the classic Italian delight. This innovative creation showcases the perfect harmony of Pav Bhaji Curry and Paneer Tikka, resulting in a pizza experience like no other.
and I replaced the classic marinara with a masterpiece that is none other than Pav Bhaji Curry, a beloved Indian street food. The rich and tangy tomato-based curry, blended with a medley of vegetables like potatoes, peas, bell peppers, and onions, forms a luscious and flavorful foundation. The robust spices, including cumin, coriander, turmeric, and red chili powder, infuse the curry with a delightful warmth that dances on your taste buds.

To top that off, tender cubes of paneer tikka are generously scattered across the pizza. Paneer, a versatile Indian cottage cheese, is marinated in a blend of oil, tandoori spices, and aromatic herbs.
