Post–weight loss care
Since reaching my goal weight of 111.2 lb three weeks ago, I’m now at 110.4 lb. My weight has gone up and down over the past few weeks. I’m not as restrictive as I was during the active weight-loss phase, but I do keep track of my daily calorie intake and expenditure and continue with 16:8 intermittent fasting.
I’m enjoying sweet treats (hot chocolate festival😍) and dine-out meals more now that I have extra exercise calories to work with. Any small weight fluctuations are mostly from water and glycogen, triggered by higher sodium meals, very high processed carbs, temporary calorie surplus, or my cycle.
With consistent body training at and daily cardio, I’ve been able to maintain my weight loss. Very happy to have the best of both worlds, enjoying food and looking good and strong! Thank you so much fam and .pt 🥰
