Hi!

So, getting really uncomfortable here and I'm putting my face in a video...

Lauren and I were invited to a last minute talk hosted by . They had the man, the myth, the legend of CPG social media, (of , which are delicious, so go buy some!) telling us all about his rollercoaster ride.

Two big things I took away from his talk:

1) Be as authentically YOU as you can be, ALWAYS!

2) We need to start show our faces on here. Our story and journey is worth sharing.

Bonus Lesson - be scared, be vulnerable, and just do it. Just like Nike 👟

Look forward to many more of these. For now, they will be raw, they will be honest, and hopefully even a little entertaining.

Mocktails now has two locations where you can find Blind Owl Simple Syrups!

has just opened their second location on in the Net Loft. Be sure to visit this beautiful new location where you can even sample our Simple Syrups along with many other amazing products🍹or check out their OG location on Commercial Drive!

For some Mocktail inspo, here is what you need to make an Espresso Martini with the ingredients pictured above at
2 oz Vodka
1 oz Espresso, cooled
1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur
1/2 oz Blind Owl Vanilla Simple Syrup
(or try our Salted Caramel Simple Syrup for a decadent twist)
Ice Cubes
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, then shake until combined and well chilled. Strain into a martini glass, and garnish with a couple of coffee beans, chocolate shavings or a dusting of cocoa powder
