One of my secret weapon of hosting is to get most of the ingredients at Sen Fusion Market . They are able to customized orders and provide premium cuts of meat. There are lots of Japanese item selections. I was super happy to get my tobiko to make Mentaiko pasta!

There is so much to do at Tsawwassen Mills . A rubber duck museum , Bass Pro , an outdoor shop that is like an artifact museum with all your outdoor needs satisfied. If you get tired, pick up some Pretzel , and Samosa located at Entry 3. There are close to 200 stores all under one roof. Come for a visit to check out all the deals, and food selections.

Did you know Vancouver has Flight Simulation experiences? I had the chance to experience AviaSim immersive experience of being a pilot and flying a simulation with a professional flight instructor. It is an hour experience with 10 minutes of instructions and 50 minutes of flying time. You can share this flying time between you and your guest depending on the package. You can choose to fly to and from different airports in the simuliation. There are 8 different flight simulation centres across Canada to choose from. Check out the one nearest you.No experience required

Pro tip: Look for the sign of AviaSim on the door and go up stairs to find it.

A Bento is serving traditional Taiwanese food with a modern twist has been serving the Broadway crowd for more than 5 years. Their food is refreshing but nostalgic, reminding me of that Asia trip. Now you they are launching 2 new frozen products that you can enjoy at home, Sweet Corn Chicken Noodle Soup and Braised Beef Noodle Soup. Both will be available soon at Fresh St. Market and IGAs. I’m excited to try making these at home and enjoying restaurant grade food without stepping out my door. Will you check it out?

I’m excited and nervous, as the Beneva Vancouver Half Marathon is just 5 weeks away. I have been doing a variety of training to stay active. A variety of runs, cross training to give my knees a rest, rest and recovery with sauna and cold plunges. I had to visit the physio as my knees started to give me pain. Your body tells you when to stop. Come along on this journey as I get ready for the Beneva Vancouver Half Marathon on June 28, 2026. How is your journey going?

⭐️ POP UP ⭐️ Vancouver has a new pop up duel. Chef Yang .no.tori and Chef Ratking .yvr has paired up to provide Vancouver with 1 pop up , 2 menu that you can enjoy omakase or a la cart. The freshly made yakitori is fun to watch as Chef Yang makes it Japanese style over charcoal. Chef Ratking keeps the beat happening with his kimchi by the weight that you can buy and dessert that you want to lick the plate of.
