Jollof rice… but make it low carb with Kobei rice👀
🍛Ingredients:
* Chicken
* Kobei rice
* Carrots
* Kale
* Salt and pepper
* Olive oil
* Chipotle Mango seasoning
* Cajun seasoning

👨🍳 How-to:
1️⃣ Chop up carrots & kale
2️⃣ Prep the chicken ** see recipe below** ⬇️
3️⃣ Make the Jollof base ** see comments below ** ⬇️
4️⃣ Add Kobei 🍚 to the pan according to instructions with the Jollof base
5️⃣ Serve the Jollof Kobei rice with carrots and chicken

1️⃣ Pat the chicken dry
2️⃣ In a bowl, combine:
• 2 spoons Better Than Bouillon Roasted Chicken Base
• ½ cup water
• Salt & pepper
• Greek seasoning
• Chipotle Mango seasoning
• Cajun seasoning
3️⃣ Marinate overnight for the best flavour
4️⃣ Bake at 360°F for 25–35 min.
5️⃣ Brush occasionally with melted butter or canola oil while baking for extra juiciness ✨
