Would you try Korean raw marinated crab? 🦀

in Thornhill is known for their ganjang gejang (Korean raw marinated crab). Salty, sweet, rich, and packed with umami. The texture is similar to raw shrimp. They also offer a spicy version.

This hidden spot tucked inside a plaza feels like walking into a Korean home from the 80s — cozy and full of warm colours.

Also tried ➡️:
• Budae-jjigae (Army Stew)
• Tteokbokki
• Gamjatang

Best value: the Budae-jjigae (around $40) — huge portion packed with spam and sausages, easily enough for 4 people.

The kids loved it and already want to come back.

We went to , worth the hour wait as we could not land a reservation after sleeping in past noon. Dim sum symbolizes togetherness and good fortune. A great way to start the year 🙌

Newly renovated and nestled inside the DoubleTree by Hilton Toronto, offers a luxurious Cantonese experience that blends tradition with artistry.

The space is stunning yet cozy, with private rooms perfect for intimate gatherings.

Start with premium teas sourced with care, then explore refined dim sum classics like Tiger Prawn Har Gow and Siu Mai. 

The real magic lies in the Chef’s Picks 😍:

The Mid-Autumn Festival falls on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month. The festival is a heartfelt reminder to cherish family, honour heritage, and the full moon.
