We’re closing the Bar… but B👊🏽SS Nutrition is still OPEN in a whole new way. 👊🏽

Effective immediately, the B👊🏽SS Bar itself will be closed until further notice.

We’ve tried our best to keep the physical Bar open, but unfortunately the frequency of walk-in traffic just hasn’t been enough to make it sustainable. Because of that, I’m making a tough but necessary shift and returning to work.

But B👊🏽SS Nutrition is not closing. We’re simply changing how we serve you.

You can still enjoy B👊🏽SS through:

🥥 Protein treats by pre-order
🚗 Delivery
📍 Friday & Saturday pickups
🎉 Catering & events

Pre-orders must be placed by Wednesday at noon for Friday or Saturday pickup.

And the coaching and fitness side of B👊🏽SS continues too:

💪🏽 Virtual challenges
💻 Live Zoom workouts
❤️ 1:1 coaching & accountability

We’ll also be working on collaborations across Niagara, so stay tuned for new places where you may be able to find some of our delicious, healthier treats. 👀

Linda the Fabulous came through today, and honestly… her smile makes my whole day. 🥹💛

Linda is one of our challenge clients and a happy B👊🏽SS Bar customer.
She came in person for her weekly coach check-in, and we reviewed the steps and goals we set in her success plan for September.

We did her weigh-in,
measurements,
talked nutrition,
celebrated progress,
and started putting things in place for the October Challenge starting October 5th. 💪🏽

This right here is what gives me so much joy. Walking alongside people, cheering them on, and watching them show up for themselves.
