✨🐔 Keeping your flock healthy is so important! Here are a few common chicken illnesses every owner should know about 👇
🐥 Coccidiosis�Common in chicks. Signs include lethargy, diarrhea (sometimes bloody), and weight loss.
🤧 Respiratory Infections�Watch for sneezing, coughing, runny noses, or bubbly eyes. These can spread quickly through a flock.
🪶 Mites & Lice�External parasites that cause itching, feather loss, and pale combs. Check around vents and under wings!
🥚 Egg Binding�When a hen struggles to lay an egg. Signs include straining, puffing up, or acting weak—this can be serious.
💩 Worms (Internal Parasites)�Can lead to weight loss, poor laying, and diarrhea.
