🔥 Smoked Beef Cheeks 🔥

Not a cut you see cooked this way very often around here.

I trim off the silver skin and excess fat, season them simply with salt, pepper, and garlic, and let the beef do the talking.

They go on the smoker at 275° for about 2 hours until the bark sets, then get wrapped and finished until they hit that brisket-style tenderness.

Super rich, super beefy, and incredibly tender.

Just curious…
