Hey folks so while Tanya is away I get to run the whole farm, not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing. So this weekend it looks like the fall colours are going to be hitting their peak so it is time to hit the road! I am going to do a Sometimes Saturday at the Farm Shop 1077 McLachlan Rd from 12-6. But I feel you should make it a full day out in the country.
1. To start hit one of the amazing cafes in Arnprior Mighty Fine Bakehouse & Cafe, Cafe Tilda or Ottawa Valley Coffee (if you are in McNab Neat Coffee Shop)
2. Then you are heading to the Crown & Pumpkin Studio Tour tour in Mississippi Mills to see some amazing artists and crafters
3. Head to The Kitchen at White Lake for a calzone or pizza slice (and maybe dinner for later because you won’t want to cook) for lunch
4. Next come to Sometimes Saturday for your Thanksgiving Veggies and Fable Farms apples for pie
5. Lastly head over to Rosehill Ranch for some pumpkins to deck out the porch and take on fall with style
