Hello everybody! It’s been a while! And though we’ve been helping people here and there, quietly (and by quietly I mean off social media) I wanted to make a post updating everybody because it’s been a lot longer than we’ve expected to be offline.
We’re an extremely busy household, with kids, jobs and extracurriculars 5 days a week (some of those days holding more than one extracurricular). These next couple months we are fully booked. And I mean so, so much more booked than I’m prepared for. In addition to everyday life, which is already busy, we’ve got birthdays, weddings, appointments, celebrations and more coming up. We don’t have a single day available after work/school or on a weekend until mid-November.
With that being said I will be pausing a lot of what we do until then. If we don’t return messages in a reasonable time, please don’t be offended. In the mean time, donations are still very welcome, I do ask that ONLY NON PERISHABLE items are donated from this time to mid-November. I’d still love to take this time to stock up on food and clothing donations as it will be nearing winter in mid-November when we start back up in full force.
For any business that are collecting donations for us - please continue to contact us or Kaitlyn on her personal Facebook account for pick up if bins get too full within this time frame.
