Ingredients

For the Strawberry reduction sauce
1 cup strawberry puree 250 g strawberries
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp lemon juice

Wet ingredients:
â…“ cup sour cream
½ cup granulated sugar
â…“ cup canola oil or grapeseed oil
½ cup milk
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
â…“ cup strawberry reduction sauce
1 tsp red gel/paste icing color

Dry ingredients:
125 g cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt

Meringue Ingredients:
4 large egg whites room temperature
½ tsp vinegar
â…“ cup granulated sugar

For the Whipped Cream Strawberry frosting with strawberry Jello
2 cups heavy cream
½ cup powdered sugar or to taste
2 tbsp strawberry reduction sauce
¼ cup strawberry jello powder
½ tsp Red icing colour adjust to desired pink color hue

This amazing Air Fryer Meatloaf recipe is tender, moist, and packed with flavor. Made from ground meat, vegetables, seasonings, and binder, then topped with a sweet and tangy ketchup glaze, it's a healthy-ish version of meatloaf loaded with vegetables.

Ingredients

For the meat
500 g Ground beef 80%/20% fat or 90% lean if sub with bacon or ground pork
200 g ham finely chopped sub finely chopped bacon or ground pork

For the seasonings
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp Salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
1 Beef Bouillon cube crushed or grated

For the vegetables

Ingredients

For the ham broth

Leftover meaty Ham bone or meaty ham shank
250 g russet potatoes peeled and quartered
1 stalk celery cut into 2-inches
1 carrot cut into 2-inches
1 onion peeled and quartered
2 cloves garlic peeled
1 sprig thyme tied with cotton twine
6 stems parsley
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 liters water

For the Soup

2 tbsp canola oil or olive oil
1 russet potato peeled and diced 200 g
2 tbsp butter
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 stalk Celery diced
1 Carrot diced
2 tbsp AP flour
500 g cooked ham chopped
Ham broth 2 liters of chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream or evaporated milk

This Cranberry Orange Bundt Cake recipe has a moist crumb, infused with orange and bursting with fresh cranberries. An Incredibly delicious combination of flavour! It’s a perfect Christmas cake covered with flavourful orange glaze, studded with maple glaze sugared cranberries.

Ingredients

2 ½ cups cranberries or dried cranberries rehydrated
¼ all-purpose flour divided, 2 tbsp for tossing and 2 tbsp for dusting the pan
Cooking oil spray

For the cake batter Ingredients

Dry ingredients

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients
½ melted butter
â…“ cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp orange zest
3 eggs
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 ¼ cups granulated sugar
½ cup condensed milk
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup orange juice

For the orange glaze

1 ¼ cups powdered sugar
2 ½ tbsp orange juice freshly squeezed
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp orange zest

For the optional garnish

½ cup sugared cranberries covered with coarse sugar
Mint leaves

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease the bundt pan with cooking spray or brush with softened butter then dust with flour.
Measure and sift all the dry ingredients and set them aside.

For the orange-infused mixture. Measure and mix the melted butter, oil, and orange zest in a liquid measuring cup. By doing this, the orange zest will have time to infuse while preparing other wet ingredients.

Make the cake batter. In a large bowl, beat eggs, vanilla and sugar for about 3 minutes or until pale in colour. Add the rest of the wet ingredients and the orange-infused mixture. Beat on low speed, then gradually add dry ingredients until incorporated.

In a small bowl toss the cranberries with flour to avoid sinking on the bottom of the cake during baking. Using a spatula, gently fold the cranberries into the cake batter. Pour evenly on the prepared bundt pan and smooth out the top.

Bake in preheated oven at 350°F for about 50 to 55 minutes or until the cake tester inserted comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 15 to 20 minutes, then transfer inverted on a cooling rack to cool completely.

For the orange glaze. Mix all the glaze ingredients in a small bowl until blended and smooth. Adjust to your preferred consistency and flavour. Pour over the cake and decorate with maple glaze sugared cranberries.

This Air Fryer Ham is a quick and easy dish to prepare. It boasts a tender, juicy, and delicious texture. Featuring a flavorful orange maple glaze, this dish creates a glorious Festive Ham. It is perfect for any family gathering, Thanksgiving, or Holiday dinner!

Ingredients

3 kg Bone-in ham
½ cup orange juice sub with water or pineapple juice
½ tsp orange zest or zest of one orange

For the Orange Maple Glaze

â…“ cup maple syrup
â…“ cup orange juice
½ tsp orange zest or zest of one orange
1 pc cinnamon stick
â…› tsp ground cloves
â…› tsp ground nutmeg
dijon mustard optional or add-to taste

For Garnish

1 orange Round sliced
6 maraschino cherries
spinach or parsley optional

Instructions

Remove the ham from the fridge for about 1 to 2 hours before cooking to bring it to room temperature.

Place the ham in heavy aluminum foil with the roasting pan or baking tray. Add the orange juice with the orange zest to the bottom of the ham. Wrap or cover the ham tightly in a roasting pan or baking tray.

Set the air fryer at 325°F for about 35 to 45 minutes for 5 to 8 lbs. bone-in fully cooked ham, and about 25 to 35 minutes for 5 to 8 lbs. boneless fully cooked ham. Or Until the inserted thermometer reaches between 130°F to 135°F.

Make the glaze while air-frying the ham. Add all the glaze ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a low simmer until thickened enough to glaze the ham.

Remove the ham from the air fryer. Carefully open the foil and fold it up to the side, or remove it from the pan. Score the ham diagonally 2 inches apart about a quarter to an inch deep or however you like. By doing this, the glaze can pe*****te the ham to elevate the flavor. Baste the ham with the juice from the bottom of the ham, then glaze it. Put it back in the air fryer or oven. Roast at 375°F in the air fryer for 5 minutes.

Glaze the ham with the thickened glaze and add slices of oranges or pineapple, if desired. continue roasting uncovered for about 5 minutes until it is caramelized and golden brown. Roast until the thermometer inserted into the center reads 140°F to 145°F.

Remove the pan juices and add to the rest of the glaze, if desired. Bring to a simmer until thick enough to glaze the ham.
Allow the ham to rest for 3 to 5 minutes before carving. Add maraschino cherries and more glaze to the ham before serving or serve it on the side.

Notes

Remove the ham from the fridge for about 1 to 2 hours before cooking to bring it to room temperature. If short of time, you may cook or reheat the cold ham and add about an extra 5 to 10 minutes of cooking time in the air fryer and about 15 to 20 minutes in the conventional oven. It may also vary in weight, always check the safe cooking internal temperature.

Minimum (fully cooked ham) internal temperature and rest time. Roast until the thermometer inserted into the center reads 140°F to 145°F. Depending on your cooking preference, you may choose to cook at a higher temperature.

If you have a small air fryer, then bone-in ham might be too big. You may use boneless fully cooked ham and the cooking time or reheating in the air fryer may vary. However, the method of cooking and reheating will be the same.
