Small business ownership looks like getting up at 4am, while still in pain, to make sure the smoker is going by 5am. You've still got responsibilities and people depending on you, so you keep going.

We're always doing our best and producing the best that we have to give. We'll keep doing this for as long as the weather, time, and our bodies let us.

While we will definitely make more for tomorrow, tonight you might have to try our delicious Smoked Brisket, or our tantalizing Smoked Pulled Pork, or our light & flaky fried Fish, and if you're really lucky, a sweet buttery Lobster Roll.
