Lusciously Soft Lemon Rolls 😋

Last week in Yellowknife, the coop had one lemon for $5.00 or a bag for $6.99. Make that make sense 🤷‍♀️

Of course I bought the bag, thinking fine, I’ll just squeeze and freeze the extra 🍋 🍋 🍋

This morning I decided to whip up a batch of lemon rolls.
