DESPERATE RIGGING PLOT IN EASTERN, MUCHINGA, NORTHERN, LUAPULA AND PARTS OF CENTRAL PROVINCE

President Hakainde Hichilema had a meeting with the Director General of the Zambia Security Intelligence Service (ZSIS), and the Chairperson of the Electoral Commission of Zambia in which a chilling revelation unfolded.

Hichilema told attendees at the meeting that a prior scheme of fusing illicit ballot papers printed in Tanzania with genuine ballot papers produced in Dubai had been exposed by Honourable Emmanuel Jay Banda and alert citizens, and that cadres assigned to fuse illicit ballot papers would be killed by vigilant residents.

Undeterred, a new, deeply unsettling strategy was crafted, revealing the extremes to which some may go in pursuit of power.

This new plan abandons counterfeit ballots in favor of a sinister, ritualistic method targeted at specific provinces—Eastern, Northern, Western, parts of Central, and Luapula—where Hichilema intends to influence voters through a combination of material gifts and spiritual manipulation.

😭💔⚖️ Chipata accountant to serve 25 years in prison for murdering girlfriend

THE Chipata High Court judge has sentenced an accountant who murdered his girlfriend, Rhoda Munkombwe, during a sleepover at his residence to 25 years imprisonment with hard labour.

The court convicted Edward Mwanamuchele after finding him guilty of murder.

In sentencing the convict, Mr Justice Kafunda noted that the accused had raised the defences of provocation and intoxication, both of which failed as complete defences.

He said the remaining question was whether the facts associated with the two defences were sufficient to constitute extenuating circumstances.

"It is not in dispute that both the convict and the deceased had taken a large quantity of alcohol on the material day and that there were allegations of infidelity.

"In the event, I am satisfied that the facts of this case do disclose extenuating circumstances, and pursuant to Section 201(3) of the Penal Code of the Laws of Zambia, the said extenuating circumstances will be taken into account when sentencing the convict," he said.

Mr Justice Kafunda subsequently sentenced the convict to 25 years imprisonment with hard labour.

UPND official Bruce Kanema has advised Brian Mundubile and Makebi Zulu not to got to Northwestern Province for their campaigns. He says the people in this province have vowed that they do not want to listen to Mundubile at no circumstances. Kanema says the people have resolved to vote for HH and therefore, they are not willing to listen to Mundubile. And Kanema has said if Brian Mundubile forces himself, whatever happens to him is his own fault. He says the people in Northwestern have prepared enough to treat Mundubile not the lenience he has experienced elsehwere.

Rcently, Bruce Kanema said this:

UPND Northwestern tribalist Bruce Kanema has lambasted assertions that Hakainde Hichilema will not get much support in Northern, Luapula, Muchinga and Eastern as well as Copperbelt. Kanema says people in Bemba Provinces and Eastern are bad people who hate HH.

He says these two regions are greedy for opposing Hichilema instead of giving him room to rule like them. The tribalist UPND cadre says even though these have ganged up against HH, he will still win big in Northwestern, Western, Southern and Central Provinces. Kanema also says there is no way people in Lusaka will vote for thieves who failed to bring the cost of mealie meal down and increased fuel for Zambians whereas HH has worked on them.

Kanema says it is clear the people of Northern, Luapula, Muchinga and Eastern have too much hate for people who come from Western, Northwestern and Southern Provinces.

Kanema is the one who led the murder of Jackson Kungo, in 2021. He is surely going to prison this bandit

RESPONSE TO FALSE CLAIMS BY UPND MEDIA COORDINATOR GIDEON SHABA*

I have taken note of the desperate statement issued by *Mr. Gideon Shaba, UPND Media Coordinator for Chililabombwe*.

The claims that people were "transported from Luanshya, Kitwe, Kapiri, Ndola and Chingola" to attend the *NRPUP, RP, Tonse Alliance and PF rally at Twafwane Grounds* are *FALSE and misleading*.

*The Truth on the Ground*
1. *Chililabombwe is ready for change.* The massive turnout at Twafwane Grounds was from _our own people_ — miners, marketeers, youth, and families from Wusakile, Lubengele, Kawama, Konkola and the town center.
2. *We don’t need to bus people.* The people came willingly because they are tired of load shedding, high cost of living, and lack of jobs. The chant _"We Want Change"_ was from the hearts of Chililabombwe residents.
3. *Desperation is showing.* Sharing "inadvertent WhatsApp communications" and making up stories about unpaid transporters is the last card of a party that has lost the ground.

On Hon. Musukwa's "Admiration"*
It is unfortunate that Mr. Shaba is now using Hon. Musukwa to praise "transformation under New Dawn".
The people of Chililabombwe are asking:
- Where are the jobs for our youth?
- Why is cost of mealie meal still high?
- Why is power still going?

Roads and schools alone cannot feed families. *Performance is judged on delivery, not press statements.*

August 13 is Decided on the Ground*
The people of Chililabombwe and Konkola are politically mature indeed Mr. Shaba. And that is why they are choosing *Brian Mundubile and Makebi Zulu BM8*.

They have assessed the record and they want a new direction.

We urge UPND to stop spreading falsehoods and to engage in issue-based politics. *Credible information matters*, especially from those claiming to speak for the ruling party.

The ground has spoken.
