Sa lungsod ng General Santos, kung saan ang ilang kalsada ay nagiging tahimik sa gabi ngunit nagigising sa tunog ng mga humahagibis na motorsiklo sa ilalim ng illegal drag racing, umiikot ang isang kuwento ng bilis, panganib, at pananagutan.

Sa bawat arangkada, may kasamang panganib na tila sandali lamang kung isipin, ngunit nag-iiwan ng bakas na hindi madaling mawala.

Sa dulo ng lahat, nananatiling nakabitin ang mas mabigat na tanong: hanggang kailan magiging biro ang salitang "leeg ang tama" bago ito maging tunay na kapalit ng bilis.
