Primavera Green Coffee We are Primavera Coffee, providing roasters with high quality coffees from Guatemala. This allows us to provide roasters with the coffees they desire.

Primavera Coffee is a Guatemalan specialty coffee importer with deep roots in the country. We currently work with over 200 producers and have a farm located in Santa Rosa. We mill, bag and export the coffee directly from origin, through our sister company – La Central de Café - and offer a transparent and reliable service for our roasting partners. We believe that investing in and nurturing our relationship with producers is key for a great tasting cup.

Semana Santa (Holy Week) is a week-long celebration leading up to Easter Sunday. This is an important holiday in Guatemala, where its celebrated by baking large amounts of bread and by decorating the streets with colourful sawdust "carpets". There is no other country that celebrates Semana Santa like Guatemala!
