A guide of some sort, destined to intrigue your senses, satisfy your palette and further develop your understanding of the world of oenology and distillation. Our passion, combined with a brand new selection of wines and spirits, previously unavailable to the Swiss market, create a cluster of fine drinks that can be perfectly paired with a wide selection of delicacies. Our mission is to completely

brake the already established taboo about alcohol and food pairings. Finished are those days in which a white wine is the perfect match for fish or that a brandy is considered only as a digestif. We have devoted all of our time and energy in order to hand-select each and every single product, insuring utmost quality, whilst preserving authenticity, flavour and design. 🏝️Cheers to this summer with a Volcan twist on the Paloma, Mexico's signature cocktail. 'La Valoma' refreshes your palate with a mix of citrus and a touch of sweetness from agave.🏝️

La Valoma🍹

You'll need:
6 cl. Volcan Tequila Cristalino
8 cl. Fresh Lime Juice
4.5 cl. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
8 cl. Agave Syrup
A pinch of salt

Method: Combine Volcan Tequila Cristalino, fresh lime and grapefruit juice, salt and agave syrup in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain over ice in a highball glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a grapefruit wedge. Enjoy and cheers!🥂

Vous aurez besoin des éléments suivants:
6 cl. Volcan Tequila Cristalino
8 cl. de jus de citron vert frais
4.5 cl. de jus de pamplemousse frais
8 cl. Sirop d’agave
Une pincée de sel

Méthode: Mélanger Volcan Tequila Cristalino, jus de citron vert frais, jus de pamplemousse, sel et sirop d’agave dans un shaker rempli de glace. Secouez vigoureusement et filtrez sur la glace dans un verre highball. Garnir d’eau gazeuse et de pamplemousse. Profitez et santé!🥂
