My face said no. My mouth said yes. 😁

I came in ready critic, but is it really goood😋😁
As usal the ingredients make the game, top tomato sauce, deli mozzarella. And the ham.
Even the egg was a serve.

That’s your topping for your fluffy pancakes.

Here’s your recipe
🥞The batter:
2 eggs — separated
3 spoons flour, vanilla, sugar as needed
Whisk whites until stiff. Mix yolks with flour and vanilla. Fold together.

Seccret:💫
Tiny splash of water in the pan while cooking. Nobody talks about this trick. It mskes them so juicy!

Let them sit 5 minutes. Pour. Done.
