Mulhouse was such a sweet surprise,
I loved wandering past all the street art and popping into tiny cafés.
From there, we spent the evening at Domaine de Bournel Dining in a medieval castle while live jazz filled the air felt like something straight out of a dream 🏰🎷
The highlight was definitely gathering with family in Bourgogne. It‘s truly joyful to share moments like this and enjoy a table packed with homemade regional favorites—from wild boar terrine to opening bottles of the family’s own Crémant ♥️
And because no meal is complete without something sweet: delicate homemade choux packed with vanilla cream and topped with that perfect crackly caramelized sugar, baked with so much love by the cousin chef pastry artist.
Grateful for good food, soft moments, and family times 🍷✨

A Bite of Kabul in Zurich Hottingen 🇦🇫✨

Hottingen is usually so quiet and residential, but tucked away right here is absolute magic. We wandered into Afghan Anar after hearing so much buzz about it, and honestly? Core memory unlocked.

Here’s what we had:
🥟 Bolani – Thin, super crispy flatbread stuffed with spinach and paneer, dipped in garlic yogurt. Instant happiness.

🥟 Mantu – Tender steamed dumplings topped with rich lentils and a cold yogurt sauce that ties it all together. We took the beef version, there are also vegan and veggie ones! Pure comfort.

🍗 Saffron Chicken – Tender chicken in a rich, golden saffron sauce served over fluffy basmati rice with pops of fresh pomegranate seeds. That sweet-savory balance is next level.

Of course a fresh saffron ice tea and a pomegranate juice could not miss!

Happy 735th Birthday, Switzerland! 🎂🇨🇭

I might have been brought here when I was just 1 year old (keeping those South Italian roots alive 🍝🇮🇹), but having grown up here practically my whole life, this place is home.

A few things about me and my relationship with this country I may have not shared yet😁🍎

1️⃣ I Came over as a baby and stayed for good 👶
2️⃣ Total Fondue addict. My absolute Swiss Favorite is Cheese Fondue🧀
3️⃣ Basel > Zurich & Geneva. Easy choice for me! 📍
4️⃣ My absolute favorite Swiss word is just „NEI.“ It solves every problem 🙅‍♀️😂

What remains is this... 🌱 A whole week wrapped in lush green valleys, long meals, and pure peace.

It was the dreamiest way to close out July☀️a chance to slow down, breathe deep, and leave everyday routines far behind.

Trentino completely stole our hearts. The warmth of the people, the incredible quality in every detail, and the generous hospitality made it unforgettable.
My heart is as full as my belly.

The pop-up in Seefeld is back! 😁

I had the opportunity to experience an intimate summer fine-dining event hosted by Julien and Max from .fine.dining.arts 🥰

Their 4-course surprise menu is a true investment in flavor explosions; every bite feels like a creative, seasonal dream. The venue is usually reserved only for private events, so this is a rare chance to experience the space.
My absolute favorites were the Kernotto 🌱💚 and the mascarpone blue betty dream 🫐
