Official tasting notes: “Hazy pale yellow. Bold hop aroma with resinous and tropical notes, layered with hints of citrus — clear and intense. On the palate, it’s fresh and finely carbonated, with pronounced, almost floral hop flavors and a subtle salinity. The finish is long, aromatic, and slightly salty, making it incredibly drinkable.”

We felt it was time to honor our beloved Mount Uetli with its very own beer. Standing at 870 meters, this iconic local mountain of Zurich is a favourite destination for hikers, mountain bikers, and nature enthusiasts alike. Our tribute comes in the form of a bold IPA, double dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, and Motueka. Expect vibrant citrus and tropical aromas, complemented by subtle notes of berry, stone fruit, and a refreshing hint of lime zest. Cheers to Mount Uetli!
