Job Opportunity: Project Administrator Oil and Gas

Location: CĂ´te d'Ivoire

Role Summary:
Afreek Marine is seeking a skilled and motivated Ivorian Project Administrator to join the Baleine Project Management Team in CĂ´te d'Ivoire. Reporting to the Project Services & Organisation Manager, the Project Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the project during its ex*****on phase, ensuring seamless collaboration within the Baleine project organization and alignment with company systems and procedures.

Key Accountabilities:
Provide administrative support to the Project Director and Project Services & Organisation Manager.
Work closely with the Administrative Coordinator in the Altera Abidjan operations office.
Serve as a liaison between the project office and operations office.
Organize project meetings and various project-related gatherings.
Assist in the preparation and review of project documents.
Manage and distribute action status reports with the support of the project management team.
Author and issue Minutes of Meetings.
Follow up on information and communication flow within the project.
Maintain and update the project SharePoint collaboration site and other information systems as needed.
Support travel approvals and arrange travel logistics for the project team.
Oversee office and travel logistics.
Manage and coordinate the project vacation plan.
Maintain updated contact lists.
Support updates to the organizational charts.
Coordinate the rotation plan for the Baleine team.
Ensure office spaces are well-organized and coordinate with the yard office for any required support or maintenance.
Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Minimum of 4 years of project experience, ideally in the Oil and Gas industry.
Strong ability to manage multiple detailed tasks, prioritize effectively, and complete projects on time.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on approach with a meticulous eye for detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong cooperation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in an organized manner.
Strong ability to motivate and communicate effectively within a team.
