A 500L brewing system meticulously designed for Indian customers.

◆ Brewhouse: 2-vessel brewhouse with double size hot water tank. Utilising steam heating to ensure even and gentle heating. This effectively prevents the wort from scorching, maximises the retention of flavour compounds in the malt, significantly improves mashing efficiency, and is tailored to the characteristics of local Indian malt.

◆ Fermentation system: 8 x 500L fermentation tanks + 4 x 500L brite tanks, offering ample and flexible production capacity. This allows for the flexible brewing of various beer styles, including lagers and ales, catering to the mainstream flavour preferences of the Indian market. It also supports simultaneous fermentation of multiple batches, breaking through production bottlenecks, easily handling peak demand during busy seasons, and enabling large-scale production.

Micet has successfully delivered a 500L turnkey brewery to Albania.

The client is an emerging craft beer brand in Albania, targeting high-end restaurants and bottled retail outlets. Taking into account the site’s space constraints and local beer consumption preferences, we recommended and customised a 500L 3-vessel brewhouse.

This brewing system meets the high requirements for whirlpool sedimentation demanded by IPA (Indian Pale Ale) whilst also enabling the stable production of German-style wheat beer.

Upon the equipment’s arrival in Albania, Micet dispatched a senior engineer to the site. Throughout the commissioning process, the engineer provided hands-on training to the client’s team on how to operate the equipment.

During the first trial brew, the 500L system successfully produced an American Pale Ale with a golden hue and a fine head. After tasting the beer, the Albanian client commented: “ The level of automation in this system has exceeded our expectations, and the control panel is very intuitive. Most importantly, Micet’s engineer resolved many of our queries regarding high-gravity dilution and carbonation right here on site.”

With the completion of this project,now it has a daily production capacity of 1000–1500L, providing robust hardware support for its rapid expansion into the craft beer market in Tirana and surrounding cities.
