It is a key construction project in both Changde and Hunan Province. In the first phase, the construction was completed for a 108-meter tower production line with an annual output of 300,000 tons, which is the first in Hunan Province, and a semi-slurry production line with an annual output of 200,000 tons; in the second phase, a twin tower production line and an organic and inorganic production line are being constructed and commissioned.
