Welcome to use Zhongru Brewing Equipment to set up a nice bar~

According to the characteristics of yeast, we can divide craft beer into top-fermentation and lower-fermentation.

Top-fermentation beer means yeasts are floating on the surface or in the middle of beer, including German wheat beer, Alt beer, Kolsch, Ale and Black stout.

Lower-fermentation beer means yeasts are precipitationg to the bottom, which contains Pilsen beer, Dortmund beer, Munich dark beer, Export beer, Marzen, Bock&Double bock Beer.

In China, 99.9% are lower-fermentation while in the UK there will be more top-fermentation beer. This beer is faster to be drinkable, thus makes the brewing recycle faster, too.

No matter how it is fermentated, we only care about whether it is passionate to drink~~~

Many people think that the USA launched the craft beer revolution during the past 40 years. At that time there were only less than 50 breweries, let alone the so-called "craft beer industry". Pioneers got inspiration from other countries and did from zero, creating new kinds to go beyond the traditional lager. Thus USA beer had got a new definition. By now, USA craft beer has come to a mature growing time.

However, where is our future?
1) Independence. Craft beer are often merged by big company and consumers are sometimes confused which one is the real craft beer. Like this consumers will be less.
2) Diversity. American IPA is the shining star, which stands for the endless imagination and creativity. If you ask what is the next IPA? The answer must be: IPA!
3) High quality. American IPA are exported to the whole world but not easy to be fresh. Brewers should be clearly aware of how to maintain the freshness to assure the good quality. One time terrible experience may cause the loss of potential clients.
How will it be in the next 40 years? Well, it must be unbelievable! There will be more innovations and choices. Cheers!

To drink craft beer, your smell and taste should combined together!
When you get a cold, you will not be able to enjoy the taste of food. Losing smell also makes you crazy while eating. When it comes to craft beer, the bubble may be the kep point of smell.

How imporant the smell it? Many people close their noses while drinking Coke, Sprite but all of them failed. While sitting with a beer bottle, enjoy the moment of opening and pouring into the mouth, the diversity of craft beer is just like a concertaye.
Drinking from the mouth but finally let out the smell from the nose, by that time you will prolong your breath and cherish the moment.

Ningbo Zhongru Brew Equipment is going to promote 2 vessel Brewhouse for you~

With the working volume ranging from 5BBL to 20BBL, this brewhouse is suitable for brewpub or tap room. The vessels, process, volume and configuration are custom-designed to satisfy the client usage and fit the client site. 2-vessel brewhouse is the mostly-wide used and with high performance-price ratio.

This system can be heated by steam, electricty or gas, controlled by manual, semi-automatic or full-automatic.

Standard configuration for 2-vessel brewhouse system includes lauter tun and kettle-whirlpool combined vessel, working platform, S.S. sanitory piping and control system.

Some beer-pub owners are complaining that their craft beers don't have the taste of malt, even they already have strong alcohol degree. If this problem can't be solved in time, craft beer will lose its feature. We offer 3 options here.

Option 1: Control the ratio of material&water. Normally brewers will make it as 1:4 to 1:4.5, some even 1:5. If malt taste is too light, you can adjust into 1:3 or 1:3.5 when the 1st time putting malt, thus malt may better mix into the beer.

Option 2: Modify the temperature of saccharification. The best range is 62-68 degree, or we can set at 68 directly. In that way saccharification may damage more unfermentable saccharide and dextrin. The percentage of maltose will be bigger.

Option 3: Add another malt like Munich Malt, Vienna Malt or Camarel Malt, which are able to attach more fragnance to the beer. But pay attention to the amount! Around 5% of total malt will be OK in case more addition will make beer darker and less transparent.

Why beer bottle can't be closed again after opening?

Mainly because of to ask you to finish it asap~~

Beer can't resist the wild fungus, even just several minutes, beer may lose its freshness. What's more, it may do harm to health. Nobody likes to taste a beer that is unhealthy.

In addition, beer may lose the special flavor after opening the bottle. Imagine when you drink Coke, you enjoy the feeling of bubble in your mouth. But if you continue drinking after 2 hours, Coke tastes like plain drinks but only containes too much sweetness!!!

Thirdly, opening bottle will lose the frangnance of hops. Without that how can a beer called a BEER?

Today I am going to intruduce 3-vessel brewhouse made by Zhongru Brew Equipment!

3-vessel brewhouse is suitable for a production brewery. The vessels, process, volume and configuration are all custom-designed, which can be heated by steam or electricity.
