Earlier in 1903, the New York tea player Mr Thomas Sullivan always needed to send the tea samples for his customers, in order to reduce the cost burden, he came up with one idea to pack some tea into the tiny silk bag, when his customers got the tea samples, they were confused about the brewing skills and threw the tea bag directly into the cup. Gradually, people found it more convenient. until 1920, the tea bag was widely used in USA and the European countries didn't introduced it until 1950's That is the interesting story about the tea bag.
Until today, the pyramid tea bag is the best options for the premium loose tea, which would be more convenient, but also max its feature not to spoil the tea

Our ChaoShan area locates in the Tropic Of Cancer, our local Phoenix mountain is the highest altitude in GuangDong province,China, due to the extremely cold weather in past one week for us, We have the chance to see the rare but nice icy tea trees view on high altitude plantation in our Phoenix mountain above 1000 meter altitude above the sea level.

Happy New Year!
Greeting from Swatow--my home, one part of the Chaoshan area in the Eastern part of China, which is the Phoenix Dan Cong Oolong from. This city locates in the Tropic of Cancer, the average annual temperature is 20 degrees, annual rainfall is 1800mm, very pleasant climate, right?
Besides this, this city is famous for its food like Chaoshan Beef hotpot(Although beef is not our main meal, but our beef is most fresh and delicious), ChaoShan Businessmen and Kung Fu tea,etc.
There are many successful and famous businessmen home and aboard immigrate from this area such as Tony Ma from Tencent and Mr LI Ka-shing from Cheung Kong (Holdings) Limited,etc
Our local tea culture and arts are regarded as the only complete and traditional one in China, and our ChaoShan People are also labeled as "Kung Fu tea", which is the tea brewing skills instead of the tea type and Phoenix dan cong Oolong is our local and first-option tea type, Businessmen like to have Kung Fu tea with their partners when negotiating business..............
