Always wanted to brew your own Kombuch at home? Here's a peak into what the participants from our Kombucha brewing workshop Nicosia have been upto.

The WhatsApp group has been buzzing with questions and ideas. Is their SCOBY healthy? How to adjust ingredients proportions? As well as them helping each other with equipment suggestions and flavour ideas.

They're enjoying their home-brewed Kombucha and that means everything. We're loving the enthusiasm and we're looking forward to trying their Kombucha 🙌🥂
