💔 Damascus is mourning again…
Today, the sound of church bells was drowned out by the sound of an explosion.
A cowardly terrorist attack targeted St. Elias Church during a peaceful Sunday service — stealing innocent lives and shattering families in a place meant for prayer and peace.

🕯️ We pray for the victims, for the children who lost their parents, for the wounded, and for every heart broken by this senseless violence.
There is no cause, no belief, no justification that can ever excuse the killing of worshippers.

This is not just an attack on a church — it is an attack on our shared humanity.

✝️🕌 No matter how dark it gets, Syrians — Muslims and Christians — will stand together, united in grief, in faith, and in resilience.

الجالية السورية في جمهورية التشيك تدين المجازر وتدعو إلى اتخاذ إجراءات دولية لوقف الإبادة الجماعية على الساحل السوري

نداء عاجل من أجل العدالة والتحقيق والمساعدات الإنسانية للمجتمعات الأقلية التي تواجه التطهير العرقي

أيها السيدات والسادة،

اليوم نقف في حزن عميق وغضب شديد بينما نشهد المجازر الرهيبة التي ترتكب ضد المدنيين الأبرياء في منطقة الساحل السوري. منذ السابع من مارس، تعرضت مجتمعات كاملة—تتكون من العلويين والمسيحيين وغيرهم من الأقليات—لأعمال عنف لا توصف على يد ميليشيات جهادية وفصائل متطرفة. هذه الهجمات الوحشية ليست حوادث معزولة من الحرب بل هي أعمال إبادة جماعية متعمدة. وفقاً للمرصد السوري لحقوق الإنسان البريطاني، ارتكبت أكثر من 40 مجزرة ويُقدر عدد الضحايا بأكثر من ألف شخص، ولا توجد حتى الآن أرقام دقيقة.

في السابع من مارس، وقع صراع بين مجموعة مسلحة مجهولة وقوات الأمن السورية، تلاه عقوبات جماعية وإعدامات ميدانية عشوائية على شكل إبادة جماعية، وتطهير عرقي ضد المجتمع بأسره.

ما يحدث الآن!

حتى الآن، يواصل الآلاف من الميليشيات الجهادية والخارجين عن القانون اجتياح الساحل السوري والجبال الهادئة، يتقدمون قرية بقرية، ومنزلًا بمنزل، أولاً، يهينون كل من يجدونه، يطلبون منهم أن ينبحوا، يضربونهم بعنف بالعصي، يسرقون الذهب والنقود والمدخرات، يقتلونهم بدم بارد، ويحرقون كل شيء لا يمكنهم سرقته، ثم، ماذا يفعلون؟ ينشرون ذلك على الإنترنت عبر تيك توك بكل فخر.

منذ بدء المجازر في السابع من مارس، ونحن هنا نتلقى نداءات استغاثة من أصدقائنا وعائلاتنا في سوريا، وهم أطباء، مهندسون، معلمون، نساء وأطفال، وشيوخ، وهم يناشدون العالم لإنقاذهم لأن هناك وقتًا لا يزال متاحًا للقيام بذلك، ويطلبون منا أن نتذكرهم، وأن ننشر الخبر عما سيحدث لهم، لا يريدون أن يموتوا عبثًا، يريدون أن يُذكروا، لذا دعونا جميعًا نتذكرهم، ولا ننسى أبدًا ما حدث لتلك الأرواح البريئة التي قُتلت فقط لأنهم ينتمون إلى الطائفة العلوية أو المسيحية.

أولئك الذين في السلطة في القصر مسؤولون عن أمن وسلامة الجميع، ونطالب بمسائلة المسؤولين عن هذه الفظائع.

لذا، نطالب بـ:
- وقف القتل العشوائي والإبادات الجماعية فورًا.
- إرسال لجنة مستقلة دولية للتحقيق في الإبادات الجماعية والتطهير العرقي فورًا.
- تقديم المسؤولين عن القتل من جميع الأطراف إلى العدالة.
- السماح للصحافة الدولية بدخول جميع القرى التي حدثت فيها الإبادات.
- إرسال حزم إغاثة عاجلة للعائلات التي تتخذ من الغابات والجبال ملجأ لها.
