Back to the everyday rhythm at the roastery!

packing, cupping, planning.., production is in full swing!
News:
we’re saying goodbye to Creamont and Apri Côte. Two coffees we’ve loved having as part of the line up, but unfortunately they were limited.

But don’t worry - there are already two new coffees (at least… you’ll be surprised) in the pipeline to take their place. 👀

One of them we can already reveal: Kenya 🇰🇪 a trysties favourite is back!

The other one? Still a secret for now.

Berlin felt a little quieter over the summer ☀️

Many of you all have been somewhere else for a few weeks: holidays, summer breaks and hopefully plenty of good (TRYST) coffee along the way!

But now things are slowly picking up again. Next week it’s back to school for the kids, back to routines and work and back to the usual Berlin rhythm.

We’re looking forward to every coffee order coming our way 🤭 whether it’s for squeezing out the last bit of summer or for that extra dose of energy and caffeine to get through the first week of kids being back in school 🙃📚

Summer means holidays and sometimes a little overlap inbetween the team:

While parts of the team are taking a well-earned break, the roastery keeps running for you trysties thanks to our very own last man standing: Tim! 🙏🏼

For a few days Tim will keep the roaster hot and will pack your orders while making sure everything leaves the roastery on time. 🚀

A huge thank you for making it possible for the rest of us to switch off for a few days! Shoutouts to TIM 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

Some coffees deserve a little extra attention.

Our Finest Collection, which we already presented, brings together exceptional coffees with expressive flavour profiles. They happen to make an incredible cold brew, too!! Bright, refreshing and full of (tropical) character on warm summer days. 🏖️🍑

You’ll already find them on the brew bars of many of our partner cafés, where they’re served as hand brews and cold brews alike.
In Berlin for example at Keyu Café and nothing out of the ordinary .

Summer calls for vacation time with a little shade and a coffee that fits the season. One of them: CASA

Whether you’re spending your days at the lake with a tent, in your holiday house or simply taking a well-earned break somewhere, Casa is definitely made to come along!! 🏕️

Henni or Jette.

Part of TRYST since 2024 and our Head Roaster. What started as a friendship eventually turned into working side by side!💐

With years of experience in specialty coffee, Henni brings consistency, precision and a calm approach to everything happening around the roaster and the beans.

Beyond roasting, Henni keeps the day-to-day running smoothly, looks after our wholesale partners, manages social media and takes care of our sensory quality control, making sure every coffee leaving the roastery meets the standards we strive for.

Always reliable, thoughtful and someone you can count on with a laughter on busy days to lighten up the mood.

We’re grateful to have Henni as an important part of TRYST.
