Fondue, reimagined.

We took it outdoors – cooking our signature fondues over open wood fire and turning melted cheese into a shared experience.

Move between stations, grab some bread, dip into different flavors:
classic white wine, apple juice, or our gin twist with MXPSM.

Handmade pickles on the side for that perfect contrast.

Our fondues are produced in Berlin under fonduelivery – crafted for taste, quality, and pure enjoyment.

Big thanks to everyone who joined and made this day special.

Good to know:
Fondue isn’t just for winter. It’s an all-season experience.

It’s the FINAL FONDUE! As we’re leaving the frosty days behind, fondue season is sadly coming to an end, but not before one last party in the great outdoors.

Yes, you heard right! We’re bringing our red pots to the park to melt down a ton of great quality swiss cheese for you!

Martin Käsekönig & Phil’s Feldküche
invite you to the annual “DIE GROSSE KÄSESCHMELZE” this Sunday, March 22nd starting at 1 PM and going ‘til sundown.

What to expect:

Rich melty Cheese Fondues

Wood fired heat

Bubbling pots

Slow stirring moments

Bursting Bellys

We ask that each guest bring 15 euros to contribute to the feast and in turn we’ll provide you with everything you need to fondue in style including a (very long) fork, a wearable breadbasket, plenty of good bread, and exclusive access to the bottomless picklesbar.

Look forward to a variety of our favorite cheese and aromatic blends like classic white wine, apple juice (alkoholfree), and craft beer, as well as more wild combinations like gin from MXPSM.

PLEASE WEAR SOMETHING YELLOW FOR CHEESY VIBES!

We trudge up to the Steinerne Mandln – sunset glow, the Rosengarten shining, Dolomites vibes deluxe.

Then, right in the middle of the snow: stove on, cheese in 🫕🧀

The classic Swiss white-wine mix from Fonduelivery (Martin Agosti) – honestly: the best I know 🔥
Along with a nice Pinot Gris and that moment up there in the winter light.
