I launched The Moti Fit Show to assist me in tracking my progress and motivating me to being in the best shape of my life. Most of what I will be sharing will come from my newly formed Instagram account - instagram.com/themotifitshow. You'll be able to follow me as I continue to explore the best eating and drinking habits and products and successfully navigate exciting, beneficial fitness goals. Added to this, I will be researching and uncovering the latest and best technologies and gadgets to help assist me and you in keeping everything trackable.
