Method:
Prepare Dough: Combine the pancake mix and silken tofu in a bowl and mix until a smooth, slightly sticky dough forms. Shape Donuts: Roll the dough into small bite-sized balls. Fry: Heat oil in a pot to 170°C and fry the balls until they are golden brown and float to the surface. Finish: Drain on paper towels and toss in a mixture of kinako and sugar while still warm.

Prep Rice: Cook the rice according to package instructions until fluffy. Bake Kakiage: Preheat your oven or toaster oven. Place the frozen Vegetable Kakiage on a tray and bake until crispy and hot (usually 10-15 mins). Make Sauce: While the tempura is heating, mix the soy sauce, cooking sake, sugar, and kombu dashi granules in a small pan. Simmer gently until the sugar dissolves and the sauce thickens slightly. Assemble: Fill a bowl with hot rice. Place the crispy Kakiage on top. Drizzle generously with the sweet-savory sauce. Finish with a sprinkle of chopped green onions.

Method:
Make Sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, water, and sesame oil until the sugar dissolves. Keep chilled. Prep Toppings: Slice the cucumber, ham, and thin egg omelet into uniform thin strips (julienne). Boil Noodles: Cook the J-Basket Ramen noodles according to the package. Drain and immediately rinse under cold running water to stop the cooking and chill the noodles. Assemble: Mound the cold noodles in a shallow bowl. Arrange the colorful toppings (cucumber, ham, egg) in sections on top. Pour the chilled sauce over everything and top with pickled ginger.

Zen in a glass 🍵✨ Treat yourself to this healthy Matcha Tofu Parfait. Layers of fluffy matcha sponge, sweet red bean, and silky tofu cream. A guilt-free indulgence that looks as good as it tastes! 🌿🍰

Method:
Make Sponge: Mix the pancake mix with milk (or water) and 1 tbsp of Matcha powder. Cook a thick pancake in a pan, let it cool, and cut it into cubes.
Make Cream: Blend the silken tofu with sugar until smooth and creamy.
Assemble: In a glass, layer the ingredients starting with the Matcha pancake cubes, then a dollop of sweet red bean paste, followed by the creamy tofu mixture. Repeat the layers.
Finish: Dust the top generously with the remaining Matcha powder for a vibrant green finish.
Chill before serving!

Homemade Okonomiyaki! 🥞🥢 Fluffy, savory, and packed with flavor—we’re really excited about this one. Topped with crispy pork bIzakayad all the sauces. The perfect Japanese comfort food feast.

Method:
Make Batter: In a large bowl, whisk the okonomiyaki flour and water until smooth. Add Ingredients: Add the eggs, shredded cabbage, and tenkasu to the bowl and mix gently until combined. Cook Pancake: Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium heat. Pour the batter into a round shape and arrange the pork belly slices on top. Cook: Cook for about 3 minutes until the bottom is browned, then flip over. Cover and steam for another 4-5 minutes until cooked through. Finish: Flip again so the pork is on top. Drizzle generously with Okonomi sauce and mayonnaise, then sprinkle with bonito flakes, red ginger, and aonori.

Rough night? 😵‍💫 This Tamago-Toji Udon (aka Egg-drop Udon) is the ultimate cure. Fluffy clouds of egg in a gentle, savory dashi broth. Easy on the stomach and warms you from the inside out. 🥚🍜✨

Method:
Make Broth: In a pot, combine water, dashi powder, soy sauce, and mirin. Bring to a gentle boil.
Cook Udon: Add the frozen udon noodles directly to the broth and cook for 2-3 minutes until they separate and are tender.
Egg Drop: Lower the heat to a simmer and drizzle the beaten eggs over the surface of the soup. Let them set for a few seconds before gently stirring to create fluffy clouds of egg.
Serve: Pour into a bowl and top with plenty of fresh green onions. Sip slowly and feel the healing power!
