Method:
Prepare Dough: Combine the pancake mix and silken tofu in a bowl and mix until a smooth, slightly sticky dough forms. Shape Donuts: Roll the dough into small bite-sized balls. Fry: Heat oil in a pot to 170°C and fry the balls until they are golden brown and float to the surface. Finish: Drain on paper towels and toss in a mixture of kinako and sugar while still warm.
