Отново е пролет и това е прекрасно, но е и сезонът на аспержите 😍 Около мястото, където живеем, навсякъде има полета с аспержи. В Германия основно се отглеждат бели аспержи, но аз май повече обичам зелените и съм благодарна, че и от тях се намират на пазара💚
Често си приготвяме това кремообразно и вкусно ризото със зелени аспержи и тиквички 🥄🤤

Jetzt ist wieder die beste Zeit für Spargel 😍 Rund um unseren Wohnort gibt es gerade überall Spargelfelder. In Deutschland wird zwar überwiegend weißer Spargel angebaut, aber ich persönlich mag den grünen Spargel etwas mehr💚. Den findet man aber auch am Markt und dafür bin ich dankbar.
In der Spargelsaison gibt es bei uns regelmäßig dieses cremige Risotto mit grünem Spargel und Zucchini 🥄🤤

It’s finally is this time of the year again – it is spring but also asparagus season 😍 Around where we live, there are asparagus fields everywhere right now. In Germany, white asparagus is much more common, but I personally like the green one better 💚
During asparagus season we often make this creamy green asparagus and zucchini risotto 🥄🤤
