My Story

My love for baking started many many years ago back in my Mom's kitchen. I was always experimenting and coming up with new recipes to share with my friends and family. Once I discovered granola, Super active, I was making giant batches of granola all the time to fuel my trainings. It became a constant staple in my kitchen.

After moving to Germany 8+ years ago, there were some things that I could not find in Germany such as Sunday Brunches and Granola. It wasn't too long until I started opening up my kitchen and inviting all my friends over for Sunday Brunch. Of course a jar of Granola was always on offer.

I got older and realized that nutrition played a big role in how I looked and felt. After multiple years of following and studying different narration approaches, I ditched the dogma and found what works for herself. Over time with many diet changes, I realized that gluten was not my friend, so I stopped making my granola and other baked treats and followed a gluten free dairy free diet. I started studying nutrition and became certified as a holistic life and nutrition coach.
