There’s more to the story than what we can see on the surface.
Autoimmune conditions, anxiety, chronic fatigue, digestive issues, skin problems…
What if symptoms & disease aren't just physical?

Your body and mind aren't separate systems.
Chronic stress and the way we cope with difficult emotions can affect how our nervous, endocrine and immune systems function.

Research has found associations between emotional suppression, chronic stress and poorer health outcomes.

In this society we so often we learned to disconnect from what we feel..
And your body listens to everything you DON'T express. When you suppress emotions-anger, sadness, even joy...
your body keeps score.

All of it signals to your nervous system that you're in a battle.
And over time, your body starts to reflect that struggle.

But here's the good news: Healing starts when you stop fighting yourself. When you allow your emotions to move through you instead of locking them away.

Your body listens to everything you think and feel.

Somatic work starts by rebuilding that connection.
Not forcing emotions out.
Not blaming yourself for your symptoms.
But learning to notice what's happening in your body, allowing emotions to be felt safely, and becoming curious about the patterns underneath.

Because the first step isn't asking:
“How do I get rid of this symptom?”
It's asking:
“What is my body asking me to pay attention to?”

*I am not saying that not expressing emotions cause the autoimmune diseases, but it can be a factor, based on these studies, that seems to relate to the risk of developing symptoms on your physical health

I had a good job. Good pay. A stable life around it
And I still felt lost.

From the outside, everything looked fine. Inside, I kept feeling: this couldn't be it.

So I started taking risks.. A short unpaid leave, internships, trainings, travel, and plenty of detours. 😂

Along the way I discovered somatic work, meditation, vision work, spirituality, emotional intelligence and inner child healing.

And I learned something important:

You don't always find your purpose by thinking harder. Sometimes you find it by becoming more honest about what you feel.

What gives you energy?
What keeps calling you?
What patterns keep holding you back?

I didn't become someone new.
I learned how to come back to myself.

If you're successful on paper but still feel lost, maybe that feeling is worth listening to.

DM me “PATH” if you're ready to explore what's next.

Pause and appreciate the beauty of food 🌀
It's a symphony of life, coming together to create this experience!

But in our fast-paced world, it's easy to take this gift for granted. We rush through meals, glued to our screens, and neglect the very experience that nourishes us. This stress can lead to poor digestion, weakened immunity, and unhealthy cravings.

The antidote is mindfulness. By slowing down, being present, and savoring each bite, we can truly appreciate the gift of food. Let's cultivate gratitude for every ingredient, and every moment, that contributes to our well-being.

Will you commit to embracing mindful eating, and leaving distractions behind? Type YES 🙌🔥

These are the most common threads that kept coming up in these 23 - 1:1 somatic discovery sessions on the fesival:

• A disconnection from the body after difficult situations or relationships.
Not dramatic sometimes, often only a subtle absence, like being out of sync with yourself.

• Guilt for wanting to leave something that no longer fits.
For choosing themselves. For sensing clearly, that a relationship, a dynamic, a version of their life had run its course. And carrying the weight of guilt before even speaking up about it..

• The deep, old belief of "I have to take care of others first"
To be useful. To not be a burden. To make sure everyone else is okay before I check on myself.
So the body's signals got dampened.
The needs pushed into the background. They all learned to whisper instead of speak. Until they stopped whispering and started showing up as pain, tension, or numbness that had no obvious cause.

• Emotions (especially sadness) that never had space to exist.
Not processed. Not released. Just... stored. Somewhere in the chest, the throat, the belly. Waiting for a moment safe enough to finally be felt.

• The body asking for care, movement and love through physical pain.
Symptoms that weren't injuries, illness. Where the body doing the only thing left available to it -> speaking loudly enough that it couldn't be ignored anymore.
And when we turned toward the pain with curiosity instead of fighting it, it almost always had something very specific to say.

Which of these resonates mostly with your current situation?
