Sunday 15.03, 4pm and Tuesday 17.03, 5pm we celebrate St Patrick’s Day☘️ at the Taproom with a small batch of our first Irish Stout called Killiney Hill. The 2 kegs have been conditioned on Nitro for a smooth and creamy pour. The name is a favorite walk above Sandycove Beach in South Dublin. Come by Sunday after the parade and Tuesday after work. 🍻☘️🍻☘️

On team Higgins will make its second collaboration collective brew with , an outstanding nonprofit supporting women and non-binary individuals in the fermented & alcoholic beverage industry since 2007. Again we will brew Pink Panorama, a hazy New England pale ale that was too good not to taste again. And like last year, a portion of proceeds from the beer sales will go to education programs.
In 2025, we met many Pink Boots scholarship recipients who stopped to see us while visiting/studying at Weihenstephan and local hop farms.
