Radicchio chèvre chaud with cherry balsamic 🍒
For two:
Place radicchio leaves on two plates together with a handful of ruccola. Make a dressing in a small container you can shake (so easy) using olive oil, white wine vinegar, 1 tsp Dijon (I used tarragon), 2 tsp honey salt and pepper. Drizzle over salad. Add some nice different colored tomatoes, top with olive oil and salt. Cut the chèvre and add two sourdough toast, drizzle with honey. Put in the oven on grill + air effect for ca 10-15 mins. Finish of the chèvre with some sugar and blow torch to get the caramelized effect - btw a great thing to wish for Xmas!! 🔥 Serve on the salad with w a nice balsamic 🍒
