Busy week in the production! 💪

This week, we had to slaughter, prepare and pack 5 days’ worth of sales in just 4 days, making it a busy and intense week across the facility.

Here’s a photo from yesterday’s harvest, featuring some truly impressive fish with amazing quality and weights ranging from 5,5 to 7.5 kg. 🐟👏

A great harvest and a great effort from the team to keep everything moving during a demanding week.
