On a mission to bring high-quality beer into the hands of people in the most sustainable way. To Øl is a vision of Tore Gynther and Tobias Emil Jensen.

Starting out as a home brewing project back in 2005, To Øl was permanently established in 2010 working as a gypsy brewery: lending in on other breweries spare capacity for the following decade. In 2019 we took over a former food factory in the Western part of Zealand, Denmark, where we’re setting up a full-blown, specially designed brewery and craft beverage hub called To Øl City. Our aim is to ma

ke this a thriving centre for people to visit, hang out and enjoy the plethora of amazing things being created in every corner of the city.

A hazy pale ale packed with hops to get all the juicy, tropical, citrusy things we love.
Brewed at To Øl City, tweaked exactly the way we wanted it and sent back out into the wild.

Store cold. Drink fresh. Try not to spill it 🤭

I morgen, torsdag den 4.juni, bliver en særlig dag for Svinninge.

Vi får besøg af D.M. Kongen og Dronningen som en del af Kongeparrets besøg i Holbæk Kommune, og vi håber, I har lyst til at fejre dagen sammen med os i To Øl City!
Området er åbent for offentligheden kl. 10.00-22.00. Der er gratis kage til de 100 første. Derudover er der mad, drikkevarer, aktiviteter for børn og voksne, plads i Beer Garden og masser af mulighed for at slå sig ned på græsset.

Kongeparret forventes at besøge To Øl City kl. 11.50-12.20.
I det tidsrum vil dele af området være midlertidigt afspærret.

From the slopes of Mount Etna 🌋
Last year, we travelled to Sicily to brew with our friends from and . And for now you can taste it at MBCC festival today!

Cannoli Connection is a 12% ABV imperial pastry stout inspired by Sicily and one of its most iconic treats: the cannoli.
Dense, dark and complex, enriched with sheep’s ricotta and aged in Tuscan Vin Santo barrels.
It came out of Mount Etna air, endless food stops, tiny Sicilian bars, sea views, long conversations and the kind of ideas that only seem to happen on adventures like this.

Somehow, all of that found its way into the beer 🍻

Meet the Belgian side of the family 🍻

The name comes from our natural spring at To Øl City in Svinninge. The inspiration comes from Belgium 🇧🇪
The Blonde is bright and crisp. Light-bodied, clean and easy on the palate.
The Brown is maltier and deeper, with caramel notes and a rounder finish.
Together, they are perfect for a summer evening with grilled food, long conversations and one more round before anyone starts clearing plates.
